Master Black’s Lakewood ATA’s 21st Birthday!
Congratulations to Master Corina Black and the students from Lakewood ATA for 21 years of great Taekwondo in Lakewood. Pictured are Master Black, Master Hauptman, Mr. Barnett and Mr. Yokum. Circa 1990.

Ms. Sheryl Grider hosted a testing where 28 martial artists from Fort Logan Elementary earned their first belt. The students demonstrated basic skills, Joon ji form and a whole lot of impressive technique. Master William Hauptman, Master Jody Horn, Ms. Lura Roberts and Mr. Tyler Weaver attended the testing. Ms. Roberts demonstrated the 5th Degree Form and Mr. Tyler Weaver demonstrated an XMA form and worked with the kids a little on some flashy new techniques.
The club is part of the Pilsung Youth Initiative.
