Paragon Today

Last Friday, Aug 27^th, I was surprised and greatly honored to have a the parents of the Fort Collins school throw my wife, Amy, and I a surprise baby shower after color belt testing.  Amy and I are so thankful to be surrounded by such wonderful people and could not have asked for a better time.  There was plenty of cake to go around and we received many great gifts that will be put to use sooner than later.  Once again, Amy and would like to express our sincere gratitude for such and wonderful thought and event.

 I also owe my Leadership team a huge thank you for my awesome Master’s gift.  During the baby shower I was presented with a custom designed and handcrafted cane.  The cane is made of mahogany, curly maple, ebony, and other exotic hardwoods.  Right now the cane is sitting atop my Masters certificate waiting for a suitable case to be made so I can display it at the school.  The significance of the cane is that it was the primary weapon I used to compete with during regional and national competitions.  I once heard that if you want to do great things then surround yourself with great people.  The Leadership team of Paragon Fort Collins is a shinning example of what it means to be great.
